Dark Matter Computer- Quantum of Energy

I’ve been researching dyson’s eternal intelligence and yesterday I discovered that it wouldn’t work because eventually you’d have to expend less than a quantum of energy which is impossible.

I was wondering if the same problem is the case for a computer made entirely of dark matter. (Just assume it’s possible for the sake of my question)

Edit: someone asked what a quantum of energy is. It’s the lowest amount of energy that can be expended.
