Tired of bullies

Something I have realized over the last few years is that there are some people who feel very entitled and act like children (even though they're adults) any time they don't get their way. They push people around and bully others and if you say anything even remotely offensive (if that is even the right term) to them they get super pissed off. Everything has to be a fight to them. No one else can assert themselves except them, or else they act like a child.

I read online that a lot of bullies have "false attribution error". This is where you perceive people to be more hostile than they actually are. This makes sense, as bullies tend to view everything as an act of aggression or competition, which is why they act so defensively over what no one else would ever perceive as a slight. You could say something totally benign and helpful and they will get angry about it. I see this all time. I also feel like some people act this way their whole lives. Anyway, that's my rant.
