Need guidance

I am a 17 y/o class 11 commerce with maths student with ongoing annual exams.The job of RBI Grade B connected with me since it pays good,has a good work-life and most importantly I love Economics and Maths which was the reason why I took my subjects in class 11.I am posting this to seek Guidance for the exam and interview.I currently reside in Panchkula(Chandigarh tricity).I am thinking about going for B.com(hons) in Dav Clg as it will allow me to take out the time to prep for RBI.I scored 93.6% in class 10 boards : 83 in maths Standard 92 in sci 99 in Sst 87 in eng(I should've prepared better for this one) 90 something in hindi 96 in IT Now from here onwards what should I Do in order to attain my goals?Will I have to leave the city I am currently In?
