Is there ANYTHING I can do to get the buvidal monthly injection out of me?

I’m so sick of these side effects, I feel so crazy and so wrong. I really need this out of my body, somebody please help me somehow. Is there ANYTHING I can do to atleast speed up the process of it getting out of my body? I just had the injection it a few days go

I’m contemplating trying to cut or pull it out of my arm lol I can’t do this
