With Oswald Mosley not appearing in the Immortal Man movie, is it safe to say that Oswald is the one "enemy" Thomas Shelby has lost to?

I really thought they ended the last season with a "loss" against Oswald so that he can finally win against him in the movie, but it seems they're shifting the focus away from Oswald Mosley. I really liked him as a villain, he had something Thomas' previous enemies didn't. So I was excited to see how it'll go down with the two in the movie. Guess not anymore...

Still looking forward to the movie though, can't ever get enough of Peaky Blinders
