2014 ram 1500 3.6 V6 Codes

Hello everyone. Ever since the cold season has started in PA I’ve been having a P0016 code. It was not too long after an oil change. I ended up clearing it every time it came one which was maybe once or twice a week. Recently i’ve had a P0016 and a P0300 together. I did an oil change and have yet to drive it. Any other suggestions on what it could be? The oil was dark but it didn’t have any metal shavings in it. I don’t think it’s the camshaft. Next step was going to be replacing the sensors.
