Struggling with content marketing workflow for real estate investing, can't stay consistent

I've been investing for about 3 years and decided 6 months ago to start sharing my knowledge online to attract potential partners and deal flow. The problem is I'm terrible at staying consistent with posting.

I'll go hard for two weeks posting daily about deal analysis, market trends, my current projects. Then I get busy with an actual deal and disappear for three weeks. Come back and my engagement is dead, feels like starting over.

The issue is content creation takes too long when I'm in the middle of analyzing properties or managing renovations. I know I should be documenting my process and sharing it but by the time I'm done with actual work I don't have energy to create posts about it.

I tried hiring a content person but they didn't understand real estate well enough, everything came out generic. Tried AI writing but it sounds robotic and misses the nuance of what makes a good deal.

How do other investors manage to post consistently while actually running their business? Feels impossible to do both well.
