Woodworm

I live in a flat and I am selling this to move to a house. Our buyers survey stated possible woodworm in the attic and a report must be done (which we are doing)

The estate agent advised 90% of the time this is a historical issue and isn’t actively present. I went into the attic and checked the beams and can’t see any holes or dust and all the structure is solid to the touch.

Just looking advice on anyone who got this report done and if what I’ve said above sounds like anything of concern?
