Were we really boyfriend girlfriend?

So I met a girl on hinge and we went on some dates together (lunch dates, dinner dates, mini golf). That was in a span of about 3 weeks. Then I kissed her and asked her to be my girlfriend and she said yes. I then kissed her on that same night as I left to go home. We kept going on lunch dates and things like that because of how busy our schedules were. After a month, she broke up with me because she wasnt feeling it going on in a romantic way anymore, which I guess made some sense because after we became bf gf, there wasnt any romance between us besides the one kiss on the same night after we became official.

My question is would you guys even count it as us being boyfriend girlfriend due to the fact that there was essentially no romance and the fact that we were only bf gf for a month?
