How to defeat blue purple sanji?

It seems literally impossible. I played so many times against him as black croc and won only once because the other person bricked and didn't know what they were doing. It feels legit impossible. With infinite red roc from the reijus he is always deleting my board and I can never go wide. I swing at him a lot and never get anything because he always seems to have a full hand and can use gum gum giant or some other event. If I used doublefinger to protect from the gravity blade it just gets deleted by red roc. Any advice on how I should be playing?
