PSU and Case Recommendations

My boards on the way and I’m starting to do research for this project.

I think I have it narrowed down to two psus. Which one would be better? Also, what PSU cables would you recommend?

For the case, I’m leaning towards this one. Are there any issues that I’d have with the above psus fitting? Also wondering if there’s a remix of this case with a switch on it?
