Is the urine test supervised?

I have orientation on Monday for a flex access control/driver position at a coal processing plant. The supervisor told me they'll be doing a hair follicle drug test, urine drug screen, and alcohol test. Seems a little overkill when a hair follicle should tell you everything you need to know... but

Anyway, is the urine test supervised? I don't do any substances but I can't pee if someone is watching. I can't even use urinals when someone is around.

Edit They posted the position I was hired for back on their site after I talked to the supervisor, so I'm a little confused about that. It's the same flex position, same location, day and time that I was hired for.
