[TOMT] I need some help finding a music video from my teenage years

Hi! I ve been trying to find this song/music video for years. All that i can remember from the music video is that there was an albino man in it, a van in the desert or some remote place, and some tarot reading or some kind of witchcraft. I think the artist was a young blonde singer( im not very sure ) . Thanks a lot !!
