[TOMT]60s french(?) song with upbeat electric organ riff

So I heard this at a friend’s place in college and it’s been driving me crazy for years.

It’s a guy singing what I think is French to a simple, upbeat song with a staccato electric piano/organ riff. The riff sounds like something out of The Doors or ? and the Mysterions.

Please help I’ve tried so many things!!!
