Best permanent rubberized coating for metal?

Hello everyone. Im making a frame out of rebar that will hold milk crates for some shelving, and I’m curious what the best rubberized coating would be that is permanent. Plastidip seems a bit fragile, and I don’t want it to flake off easily. I want it to be really durable. Ideally, I am also looking for a product that comes in white. If it has a nice grippy rubber finish that would be a bonus but isnt necessary. I appreciate any feedback, thank you.
