[Bug] "Make variable secure" option doesn't apply a padlock if the dictionary variable was created using the "bind time to dictionary variable" plus button under Time Picker when creating a Display Custom Scene action

The user can select the created dictionary variable under local variables, press the variable name and select "make variable secure"

Also creating a dictionary variable by using the plus button under local variables first and selecting "make variable secure" works

It just doesn't seem to work when creating a variable under Time Pick at the same time
