Instacart deactivated

I tried to make the instacart account but it was still in background check they mailed me that it got deactivated

They said I have a duplicate account but I never made any account before

The only thing was my phone number was used in my friend’s account and was later removed from his account before I made mine

If someone can help me I will appreciate them so much and will also personally tip them 🥹
