What is the most fuel efficient VW for highway cruising at 65-70mph (105-110kmph)?

I will have to travel for a job in the highway for at least 20 hours of highway driving each month at these speeds as I am not as comfortable to go any faster so what VW should I get that is fuel efficient? Ideally 4-5 years old? Polo or Golf or a T-Roc?
