Canadian work experience

Hello every one i need guidance from you guys. I have almost completed my cec 5 year experience received maximum work points

At present am on close work permit that i have just received this month. I have to continue job with same employer with whom i am since last 5 years… but as i cant claim work experience further can i add rest of my work experience from jan 2026 in personal history??

My concern is what my company should mention on References or employment letter to submit ircc???as i will be claiming points for 2020-2025 only but i will be still working with them how can i declare that and what docs i must upload in my PR application from closed wp point of view?
