Dealing with sweat

Hi friends! I’ve been on Adderall for a while now, and my worst symptom is sweat and dry mouth.I use biotene for the dry mouth and just stay hydrated but the sweat is absolutely awful. Im a bog at the 45 min mark. It’s like i’m in a sauna but I’m down to my birthday suit with a box fan on high on me. Dripping in sweat. I’m a hairstylist and it’s so embarrassing when i sweat so bad while doing someones hair and i have to play it cool and act like i don’t look like a wax figure melting in the sun in July. My psych prescribed me Clonidine to stave this off and recommended maybe vyvanse wouldnt do this for me, but i’m scared to add a new pill to my routine or change from Adderall. Anyone have any advice or suggestions? Anything and everything! Im sick of having swamp ass in 30° weather!
