Whoop credit for accessories only

I apologize if this is commonly known. I did a little searching, but I'm not feeling the best today. I'm hoping someone can answer a couple of questions for me.

I think one of my relatives is not interested in the whoop membership. I thought I saw someone post that they were able to just get the credit on accessories only. Can someone confirm this?

I want to purchase a couple of sleeves and the bicep arm band.

The total will not reach 359. I know some people were debating if the credit will go through if under the 359 amount.
