[TOMT] Flashhouse/Eurodance music with moans.

The title is self-explanatory, but I'll give a few details that I remember.

When I was a kid I used to listen a lot to a kind of 90s flashhouse or eurodance song, This song was sung by a guy. About halfway through the song, some female vocal chops of moaning started, like she was on a phone.

I find it funny that I've heard this song so much but can't even remember the instrumental, only the moans, but I know that when I hear it for just one second I'll know it's the song I've been looking for.
