What is happening to the Call To Arms event?

There's seemingly no mention of this, and they've sorta been building up to this event with the rare event weapon (grenade launcher) as well as a new helmet.

Have there been any mention of it at all? Its not connected the shadow and order update because its supposed to happen before it, yet there's no mention of it.

Is there anything im missing here?
