How can my mum learn English, any help would be nice! Uk

my mum works at warehouse from 6am-7pm and it’s not fixed days is super random. this makes it hard for me to find her classes because of it, especially Somali to english classes, is there any apps, online classes or something that can help her learn English. she’s very dependent on us and I would like for her to be able to rely on herself eventually.
