Trying to buy a house PATHer with cycle 0605- Just got 846 this morning but date is March 9

I’m filing jointly with my husband for the first time this year and trying to figure out these codes— We got 846 this morning with a date of March 9. Google says the deposit won’t hit until March 9th at earliest but we’re waiting for the money to post to close on a house. 😬 I’m holding on to hope that it will come earlier… my question is, is there any chance it could come in Feb still? I’ve been lurking on this sub but not sure about our specific situation.

And we’ll still be able to buy if it’s March 9, we just have to push back closing!
