Liberating the capital is entirely not possible at this point. No amount of patriotic patriotism will make it so, before we deplete our reinforcement budget.

But, every single mega factory besides the capital has had their pushback obliterated. It MIGHT be possible to liberate two more mega factories (Solidaritet and some other class 2 factory)
