Anyone know any scout heli portals?

Tried finding one when season 2 launched n got hit with a whole load of nothing, fast forward to today I thought people finally woulda made some but no “scout heli training” portals actually have any vehicles at all. Just wanna mess around with the little bird man :( anyone know any actually working portals?
