From which country is Dino from?

I don't know if it's ever said but if you know tell me,it makes sense he would speak another language from his native country and make Ash learn that.

Just a random thing that I was wondering, just learn about what culture he came from and how that influenced Ash,tell me what you think also about this I'm curious!
