Is Year 3 DLC Worth It?

I've been playing base SF6 with no DLC for a few months and I've been having a blast. I main Ken and also play a little Manon, but I don't really vibe with any other of the base roster.

After looking through all the DLC, Year 3 seems the most interesting (C.Viper and Alex), but omg it is GIGA expensive. Is it worth the buy?

I still like playing SF6 a lot, but it's starting to feel increasingly stale, and I'm hoping picking up C.Viper (and eventually Alex) will freshen it up a bit. Any input would be great!
