[Technique] If you were in a post apocalyptic world do you think you'd be able to grow mushrooms to eat, and how would you go about it?

Bear in mind most things will probably be dirty, things like alcohol for sterilising would be scerse, substrate may be difficult to aquire and many other challenges I'm sure.
