700+ ED looking for a yellow sv npvp server

I'm looking for a NA or SA yellow non pvp server to transfer my character, any solo/neutral friendly server that is not so populated? I mostly hunt ingol and duo hunts with my ek/rp friend

ps: I know this kind of question is asked many times but servers tends to change in months
