Invitation to Participate in a Online Survey-based Research Study at the Disability, Participation, and Quality of Life Research Lab

Dear Community Member,

The Disability, Participation, and Quality of Life Laboratory at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is conducting a research study to help better evaluate concerns about falling among people who use wheelchairs and scooters.

About the Study:

Our study aims to evaluate a newly developed assessment tool called “the Fall Concerns Scale for people who use Wheelchairs and Scooters (FCS-WC/S). We are testing the tool to ensure it can accurately measure concerns about falls and to see how it can help healthcare providers better assess fall-related concerns.

By participating, you will help us advance knowledge that can support people with mobility disabilities who use wheelchairs and scooters.
