Creations Bundle on other account

So I've just bought the Anniversary Edition of Fallout 4 as a game. I didn't buy it on my account though, because I'm only 17 years old and part of this family thing on Playstation. That's why I bought the game on my fathers account so that I can then play it on my account. Everything worked just fine (like it usually does). On my account I have access to the base game and all of the AddOns. Except for the Creations Bundle. I only have access to the Creations Bundle on my fathers account, not mine. Is there a way to get access to the Creations Bundle on my account as well or am I screwed? Please help, thanks!
