Neurodivergent disability day, what would you do?

I'm applying for this job that allows people to take time off for their disability, and it specifically lists neurodivergence. I have adhd, and it got me thinking, other than an assessment, what would taking full days off to deal with adhd look like?

"I can't come in today, I'm at the trampoline gym." Or "I got caught up feeling all the exotic produce at the grocery store" or maybe "I joined a global sailing crew and might not be back for some time, but I've forwarded my calls"

What would you do with your neurodivergent day?
