Help with macro issues in pvp

Hey, was recently trying to sort out some healing macros for healer

I'm using this macros to heal my self on button press and the second to heal a party mate. I pretty much use these two macros as I'm doing 2 vs 2 arena but i just change the spell name.

/cast [@player] Regrowth

and

#showtooltip

/cast [@party1,help,nodead] [] Regrowth

The issues i'm having with all my macros is they seem to break after a while and start queing the spells so i have to left click the targer after pressing the macro.

I will also get this bug where it continually says target out of range when doing the self cast macros like the macro is suddenly trying to heal a target when it should just be healing me.

When this starts happening it's just an instant lose as I'm no longer able to heal.

This is super annoying and is making the game unplayable. Any help would be much appreciated.
