Post tib tendentious experience
Hi all-- I've been dealing with post tin tendentious since Sept 2024. Physical therapy helped a little. Counter strain (a type of manual physical therapy) caused temporarily relief in the beginning (I was going for other reasons). I wore a boot for 2 weeks plus 5 days being weened off it close to a month ago. During that time I started shockwave therapy. I'm 5 sessions in, doing 6th tomorrow. I'm planning on 8 treatments total, generally 5 days apart but my last few will be more like a week apart. I know shockwave causes more pain before it gets better. So far, I still feel worse (maybe sometimes the same?) as when I started. I can tolerate 2.5 miles walking most days in supportive shoes. Can anyone share their experiences with shockwave? Only care if you received many treatments as doing a couple doesn't solve anything.
