Any surgeon recommendations for a skinny BBL in San Diego or SoCal?

Hi everyone - i’m looking to get a BBL. I guess a skinny BBL in my case here in SoCal. I just haven’t had luck finding a board certified dr that does skinny bbls. I’ve used real self and of course Google and TikTok, but I keep just running into Dr. Torres in San Diego, who does awake Lipo/BBL. I personally don’t see myself going to him. I’m not open to going out of the US for this even tho Tijuana is very close. Any recommendations on SoCal surgeons? I have a pretty flexible budget if it’s the right doctor. open to suggestions thanks so much!
