Should I be getting better performance with an MSI Claw 8ai+ than with my LeGo 2?

So I got a Legion Go 2 and an MSI Claw 8ai+ to test out and compare and what I'm seeing is unexpected, I thought the LeGo 2 would easily outperform the Claw but I am seeing much better performance from the Claw when playing Digimon Time Stranger and Oblivion Remastered, is this expected behavior or am I maybe doing something wrong? (I've turned all of the performance/power settings up as high as I can on both)

I'm also wondering if it's possible my LeGo 2 might be defective, because mine has a couple of quirks, including that it caps the GPU power at 20/25w when unplugged/plugged-in respectively despite the power settings being maxed out and it also freezes a lot when using legion space mid game.
