coworkers that take their job too seriously (rant kind of?)
Does anyone else have an issue with micromanaging coworkers? My coworker treats all of us like we are incompetent and don't know how to do our jobs. I take my job as seriously as I get paid. I do what is expected of me. But the coworker will literally find any excuse to correct us or go behind us and check our work. They leave passive aggressive notes and texts trying to correct people when we literally did it right, just not the way they like it. Mind you, we have the same role except im a CC and they aren't, get paid the same, but I've been with sally's longer. I just cannot stand people who like to nitpick every little thing you do for the sake of seeming superior/better at the job. It irritates me so bad because it's never that serious for $13 an hour. They constantly talk about how they don't like the job or they want to quit and then turn around and act like this. I just don't understand it.
