job offer requests drug test [MA] [OH]

So a few days ago I received an official offer of employment that states the offer is contingent on completing a background check & a drug test with satisfactory results.

The job is based in Cincinnati, Ohio and I am based in Boston, MA. It is a corporate role doing online marketing. I dabble in Marijuana occasionally because it is legal here. I’m not a daily user so i’m not sure what my test results would look like, but I have been taking a gummy before bed for the last 2 weeks.

What I want to know is, what are the odds I am actually drug tested, if I am will the drug test panel for weed, and if it does and I test positive what are the odds my offer is rescinded because of it?

I am not breaking the law in my state but I don’t know what the laws are in Ohio. Please help. thank
