Where to get best and most pure enclomiphene?

Where can I get pure and good enclomiphene and not have tow worry?

I bought 2 bottles from Soma Chems the first one was fine, opened the 2nd one and makes my tongue and whole mouth go numb and idk what’s in it causing this.

If you know anything about why it would do that also please let me know.
