Heb internal transfer

I’m a current HEB partner I work overnight in TSST I had an interview for a bakery part-time position on Monday and the interviewer who was also one of the MIC‘s for bakery she told me that I should expect somebody to contact me within five days so by Friday yesterday I was talking to another MIC. He said he would put in a good word for me and text the lady that interviewed me for bakery so as of now, I don’t know the status and I really don’t know how internal transfers work I had checked on the PartnerNet website and it said bakery part-time submitted not selected so I was afraid that I didn’t get the job , but I was also told that that’s different from internal transfers. It could say not selected meaning they had already closed the position since they’re gonna go with me an internal transfer, but I’m not sure I really don’t know how it works. Please let me know.
