How's it like to transit through ORD?

I have an upcoming international arrival at Chicago O'Hare (ORD) and I want to know what to expect. I've heard mixed reviews about the entry process there lately.

For those who have gone through CBP at ORD recently, how was your experience? How did your entry go, and what was the general attitude of the officers like?
