MLB.TV single team out of market price/info

I can't find any pricing and info on what is included with single team out of market sub. Are they available yet? All I see is pricing for local team sub, which for me is Phillies. I live in NJ and want to watch the RedSox. Do spring training games & pre/post game show come with single team sub? Is there a disadvantage to having just the single team sub (PQ, devices,DVR, home/away feed, etc.)? I already have MLB Network with Hulu Live sub, and will get enough national games with my Hulu package. Wondering if I should spend the $135 for full sub, if I'm not going to have much time to watch other games.
