Inexpensive spaying and neutering for cats and dogs

I’ve had a difficult time contacting the Stanislaus animal rescue place. One time I couldn’t get a straight answer about any of their fees the second time I was put on hold forever. My neighbor had their done at an out of town vet but that might be too long a trip for this kitten we have. I’m trying to avoid the chains because everyone I spoke with got ripped off. Anyway good day to everyone, thanks if you have any suggestions!
