Flying from Edinbugh to Nice

Hi everyone,

I will be visiting Edinburgh and France this upcoming May and wanted to book a flight from Edinburgh to Nice. I am unable to find any direct flights other than easyjet, which I read wasn't a reliable airline. I found a flight with Norwegian airlines with a 45-minute layover in Paris, but I'm not sure if that's enough time for a layover. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated :)
