[Portfolio] Starting Off

Hello ! I am hoping to do a mural at an elementary school I work at. I am trying to put together a portfolio and feel pretty confident in the different pieces I am incorporating. When I meet with the principal to discuss the mural, do I leave a copy of the portfolio with him or offer a digital version? Is it just something for him to look over during the meeting, but I keep it ? I want to make sure I go about it the best way.
