Camera recommendations

I'm getting into photography, the A6000 Is the camera I'm currently looking at it comes with an sd card and the kit lens for 400 dollars is that a good camera to start off with.

My budget is 450 USD, I live in the US, I mainly want to use it for street photography and taking pictures at raves/shows
