Centodieci Key

How many stars required to get the Centodieci key? I just finished chapter 1 of the Pressure Curve stage and am wondering how many stars are needed to get to the key. Imprtantly, how much is it to upgrade the Roman to finish Pressure Curve stage 7? Thx.
