How to write an essay of intent

im applying for a foreign scholarship through college and i have to write an essay of intent. it's the first time i have to do smn like this, so im not sure where to start. they gave us questions we can work with: why do youwant it? why are you a good candidate? how will it contribute to your academic, professional, etc. life?

i read some posts and comments here saying that it's better to write a story or an experience, but the thing is that my college would be the one deciding which students can officially apply for the scholarship, so ig my college wants us to write about the questions they gave us, but i fear that only answering those questions in my essay may not be interesting enough for the official program

also, is there somewhere i can find examples of essays?
